Extended Care Guidelines This summer the vice principals from throughout the
diocese met and created new extended care guidelines for parish schools. Mr.
Landin, Mrs. Lancaster, Ms. Mary and Ms. Veronica have been working together to
develop and improve upon our structured extended care. Students will be asked on
a daily basis to silent read, play on game boards, construct puzzles, draw, color and
participate in physical activities. We will also be developing a new safety procedure
system for drop-off and pick-up. Children must be signed in and signed out of
extended care on a daily basis. Students will not be allowed to leave with anyone
not on the child's emergency card.
