Admission Policy

Every person, as a child of God, regardless of race, condition, or age has
equal dignity and an inalienable right to an education.  Therefore, no
qualified student will be denied admission to St. Catherine of Siena
School on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin.

A student entering Kindergarten or First Grade must be five or six years of age, respectively,
on or before September 1st of the current school year.

No student will be admitted to St. Catherine of Siena School unless proof of proper
immunization as required by state law is presented to the school administration by a parent or
guardian.

No new student will be admitted to the school unless a valid birth certificate, (baptismal
certificate, if applicable), social security card, most recent report card from previous school are
presented to the school administration.

Mid-Year Admission:  Mid-year registration and admission is available on a case by case
basis, class size permitting.  Tuition will be charged according to the number of calendar
months, out of ten, the student will be attending St. Catherine of Siena School.  Payment
amount and schedule will be arranged at the time of registration and the final payment will be
due and payable on May 1st or 15th.

2010-11 Student Record
All adults who help on campus must be fingerprinted by Live Scan and
have completed Safe Environment and Mandated Reporting classes.  
Fingerprint forms are available in the school office.  Safe Environment
and Mandated Reporting classes may be taken online at:

Please print out the certificates after completion and bring to the school
